2. Text advertising and buyer lead technology. Virtual tour texting will be attached to the ‘For Sale’ sign in front of your home.

3. Online advertising is second to none. In addition to selling your home with one of the       strongest, most recognizable and respected brands in existence- Century 21. Your listing   will have its very own website via individual hyperlink.  We will additionally be featured on   Zillow, Trulia and Homes.com, just to name a few!

4. Print advertising -  The AV Press, Antelope Valley’s #1 newspaper, The Signal which is Santa Clarita Valley’s equivalent. Century 21 Yarrow and Associates ‘Homes’ magazine is in local circulation. Property fliers can also be readily available under the For Sale sign on your property. 

5. Mall Kiosk - Century 21 Yarrow and Associates is the ONLY local broker with its very own kiosk within the AV Mall. 

6. Social Media advertising through Facebook, twitter and Instagram. I pay an advertising team to assist me with social media sites like Google, Yelp and Pinterest.

7. Open House/Brokers open - These are performed as needed/if needed. An open house is typically scheduled for a 3-hour time slot on a Saturday or Sunday for public viewing. This event will be advertised through many of the methods I have detailed above.
