First Steps to Buying a Home:

1. Talk to a lender. Reach out to me for a list of my most trusted lenders!

2. It's a good idea to have these items on hand to help speed up the loan process.

   

Have your most recent:

     - 2 years of tax returns

     - 2 recent bank statements

     - 2 recent paycheck stubs

3. After your call, you can even get pre-approved within 24 hours! The lender will issue you a       pre-approval letter stating the amount of the loan and type of financing you plan on using.

4. Time to shop! Contact me to get started on finding your ideal home.

What you can expect when you choose me as your realtor:

As your selected realtor, I will immediately start sending you a list of available homes that fit your criteria within your price range. I will never try to push something you can't afford. With approval in hand you can begin to shop the neighborhoods, schools and shopping centers in your ideal neighborhood.  In the meantime, I will begin to schedule viewing appointments for any of the homes you want to take a closer look at. (I recommend not looking at more than 5-6 houses in the same outing as they will all start to look alike. Please allow me adequate time to schedule viewings. Many tenants require a 24 hr notice.)
