I have been a full-time Realtor since 2011 and have helped hundreds of families buy and/or sell property in Ventura , San Bernardino, Kern and Los Angeles Counties. I've worked in sales my entire life and I excel at it: I am a natural people-person and have always enjoyed developing relationships with clientele and helping them achieve their dreams. There is no better feeling than taking a call from someone looking to rent a property thinking they could never afford to actually purchase a property and ultimately being able to hand them keys to their very own home. The American dream of home ownership is still a very treasured thing, and I get excited every time it happens.

 

The feeling of closing escrow on a property, helping clients get the highest dollar amount possible for their listing, is priceless. I work very hard to get the job done and to add value to our partnership. That is what you get when you have me on your team. 

 

On a personal note, I am very proud of my family and have been married over 30 years; my husband Ed and I have two adult sons.  When my children were younger I was Team Mom for my son's football team as well as Room Mom for my boys’ classrooms. Now I am Neighborhood Watch Block Captain and have adopted city blocks for graffiti removal. I founded a local AV Networking Group to support small businesses and am currently a member of the AV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. I am all about family and supporting the community in which we live. We are all in this together.

 

In October of 2022, I was able to realize a long-term dream of co-founding a nonprofit organization called Live Oak Mental Wellness Project. Our mission is to connect individuals and families with mental health resources, development, and community in the Antelope Valley and beyond. A portion of Pendergast Realty Group’s proceeds will be donated to this organization to help our community thrive.
